ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for a man in his 40s. Here you become part of a secure work environment where collaboration and safety are in focus. The unique aspect of this position is that you always work together with a colleague.
Scope:
1 permanent position at 74%
1 long-term temporary position at 85% (with good prospects of becoming permanent)
Working hours:
24-hour shifts from 08:00–08:00 (sleeping on-call between 00:00–07:00)
Start date is by agreement, introduction can begin immediately!
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a man with autism and intellectual disability (ID) who lives in his own home just outside Boden. He needs your support to create a safe and meaningful everyday life.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your focus is to be the client's extended arms and legs, which includes among other things:
Support with daily routines, such as household chores
Help with personal care
Management of self-care medications
Planning and carrying out activities

To fit the role, you are a stable, responsible, and solution-focused person. Since the client has a great need for control, structure, and participation, it is required that you are sensitive and have a fine touch to adapt your support according to his daily condition.

REQUIREMENTS
Driver's license and access to a personal car (required to commute to and from work)
You are a non-smoker

Experience with autism and intellectual disability (ID)
Knowledge of low-arousal approach (LAB)
Previous experience as a personal assistant
Employment level: 1 permanent position at 74%, 1 long-term temporary position at 85%
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you must present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is recommended to order well in advance.
