Rigger / Signalman sought for project in Uppsala

Prowork Stockholm AB is now looking for an experienced rigger/signalman for an exciting construction project in Uppsala.

As a rigger, you will play a key role in the project, responsible for the safe rigging of loads and communication with crane operators and other site personnel. You will actively work to ensure that all lifts are carried out safely, efficiently, and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Rig and unrig loads during crane lifts.
• Give signals and guide the crane operator during lifting operations.
• Inspect lifting equipment before use.
• Ensure that lifts are performed in accordance with current safety regulations.
• Collaborate with site management and other trades on site.

Qualifications

• Training as a rigger/signalman.
• Documented training in Safe Lifting.
• Experience working on construction or infrastructure projects.
• Good understanding of occupational health and safety.
• Good command of Swedish.
• Category B driver's license is an advantage.
