About the Position

• Start Date: Week 36
• Employment Type: Fixed-term (full-time), with possibility of extension
• Location: Vislanda
• Available Shifts: 2-shift system with option for daytime hours

In the role of a concrete worker, you will work in production and on construction sites with concrete-related tasks. The work is practical and varied, and may include formwork, reinforcement, pouring, finishing, and surface treatments. You will participate in the entire work process from preparation to the finished product, collaborating closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure the work meets quality standards and follows the schedule.

Responsibilities

The duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation and erection of formwork
• Reinforcement work and placement of rebar
• Pouring of concrete
• Leveling and finishing of surfaces
• Cleaning and maintenance of machinery and tools
• Following safety routines and site instructions

About You

We are looking for someone who is practical, responsible, and enjoys physical work. You work carefully, have a structured approach, and contribute to positive teamwork. Flexibility and a willingness to learn are important as tasks may vary between projects.

You thrive in a pace where quality and safety are prioritized. Experience with concrete work is advantageous, but the right attitude and willingness to develop are weighted heavily.

Formal Qualifications

• Category B driver's license & access to a car
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in construction or concrete work, or relevant education

Advantageous Qualifications

• Vocational certificate or education in concrete/construction
• Forklift license A+B
• Knowledge of reinforcement and pouring techniques
• Experience in ground and foundation work
