At Quality Hotel™ Grand Royal, no day is the same – and this certainly applies to the night as well! In one moment, you check in the last night owls or a delayed sports team, while in the next moment, you make the hotel sparkle clean as breakfast guests stream in through the doors in the morning.

We are looking for a Night Receptionist who can spread joy, keep the hotel safe, and ensure our guests feel taken care of around the clock! As part of our Night Service Crew, you are in charge when the rest of the city sleeps. The position is a 20% position (4 shifts per month, 22:45 to 07:00) – a perfect combination for those who want plenty of free time during the day, or wish to combine work with studies!

What does the night role involve?

• Night Host: Check in the last guests and welcome early birds with a warm smile.

• Preparation for the next day: Get everything ready for the next day's guests, giving the morning crew a flying start.

• The face of reception: Handle bookings, payments, system night audits, and respond to inquiries.

• Clean and presentable: Ensure the lobby and reception area look inviting and spotless.

• Safety focus: Keep guests and the hotel safe throughout the night by conducting security rounds and maintaining control of security routines.

• Experience in the hotel industry, customer service, security, or reception is a big plus, but personality and engagement weigh the heaviest!
