Looking for a 75% Chef – Do you have a passion for cooking from scratch?

Do you want to work in a small, close-knit team where you can take significant personal responsibility? Then we are looking for you!

We are seeking an engaged chef for a 75% position, starting in mid-August (with good opportunities for extra work prior to this).

About the role and your working hours

Here, you will enjoy a varied daily routine with a focus on cooking. The working hours offer a good work-life balance as you will mostly work during daytime hours.

• Scope: Part-time, 75%.
• Working hours: Mostly daytime, plus every other weekend. A few evenings per year may occur.

Your main responsibilities:

• Cooking from scratch with a focus on quality and flavor.
• Baking bread and simpler cakes for our operations.
• Daily kitchen preparations, self-control checks, and kitchen hygiene.
• Independent work during service as well as close collaboration with colleagues.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is flexible, unpretentious, and thrives best in a smaller team where everyone helps each other out. You have a good ability to plan your work and can deliver high quality even when working independently.

Our requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Strong teamwork skills and a flexible working approach.
• Passion for cooking from scratch and an interest in baking.
• At least upper secondary education.
