About the Role

We are now looking for experienced and service-oriented team members to join our team at Polpette Kvarterskrog. We are looking for both waiters/waitresses and head waiters who are passionate about guest service and have experience working in a high-paced restaurant environment.

Here, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern neighborhood bistro with a focus on quality, food joy, and personal hospitality.

We are looking for someone who

Waiter/Waitress

• Has at least 3–4 years of experience with à la carte service
• Is accustomed to high tempo and many guests
• Has good knowledge of food, drinks, and service
• Speaks Swedish and English
• Is responsible, positive, and professional

Head Waiter

• Has at least 3–4 years of experience in a similar role
• Is a natural leader and role model
• Has good experience with table planning and guest management
• Can lead and distribute tasks during service
• Has good communication skills in Swedish and English
