At Karolinska Institutet in Solna, we operate Nordrest, which runs two restaurants, three cafés, and provides catering across the entire Campus Solna area, as well as serving food for conferences at Aula Medica, Bio Medicum, and Nobel Forum.

About the role We are now looking for a new colleague for our cold kitchen position, where days are spent working in a cheerful, engaged team operating at a fast pace.

For the right person, there are great opportunities for development here! We are looking for someone with a burning passion for cooking and who enjoys working with ingredients that make a menu appealing. Who is our dream colleague?

You are a cheerful person with experience in the culinary and service professions, accustomed to building good relationships and connections with guests. As a person, you are responsible, ambitious, and respectful towards your surroundings.

We want you to have:

• A 3-year upper secondary culinary education or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

• Previous work experience as a cold kitchen cook
• Experience with menu planning and ordering supplies
• A solid interest, and preferably knowledge and experience, in sustainability work, as the restaurant is both environmentally and quality certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
