As the Head of the Cold Kitchen at one of our larger restaurants, you will lead with a fast pace, high variety, and a clear focus on quality and sustainability. We serve approximately 700 lunch guests daily, while also delivering catering, café orders, and organizing dinners, events, and cooking activities. Here, you will have the opportunity to work practically and contribute your creativity!

About the role:

As the Head of the Cold Kitchen, you ensure high quality and variety in our offerings. You are responsible for preparing delicious and sustainable dishes.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the cold kitchen team
  • Purchasing
  • Menu planning and development of offerings and salad buffet
  • Food safety (HACCP)
  • Work environment and quality assurance

We are looking for:

  • Experience in leading teams
  • Experience in developing and implementing menu changes (catering, salads, café offerings)
  • Experience with à la carte service
  • Ability to ensure smooth operations and delivery
  • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)

About the position

We offer a permanent position with a 6-month probation period. The role is a full-time position during weekdays, with some evening shifts possible.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
