As the Head of the Cold Kitchen at one of our larger restaurants, you will lead with a fast pace, high variety, and a clear focus on quality and sustainability. We serve approximately 700 lunch guests daily, while also delivering catering, café orders, and organizing dinners, events, and cooking activities. About the role:

As the Head of the Cold Kitchen, you ensure high quality and variety in our offerings. You are responsible for preparing delicious and sustainable dishes.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Leading, coaching, and developing the cold kitchen team
• Purchasing
• Menu planning and development of offerings and salad buffet
• Food safety (HACCP)
• Work environment and quality assurance

We are looking for:

• Experience in leading teams
• Experience in developing and implementing menu changes (catering, salads, café offerings)
• Experience with à la carte service
• Ability to ensure smooth operations and delivery
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)

About the position

We offer a permanent position with a 6-month probation period. The role is a full-time position during weekdays, with some evening shifts possible.
