ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a new Spa Host to join our fantastic Spa team at Grand Hôtel!

Our Spa visitors include hotel guests, external spa and treatment guests, as well as our members.

The Spa also features a shop selling clothing, jewelry, gift cards, and spa products.

The role of Spa Host is varied, and your primary responsibilities include:

• Explaining how the Spa works to new guests.
• Taking food and beverage orders and serving champagne.
• Preparing spa suites.
• Ordering supplies.
• Ensuring that towels, bathrobes, slippers, and fruit are always replenished in both the spa and gym areas.
• Invoicing members.

As a Spa Host, you will need to work independently while collaborating closely with your colleagues in reception and other departments within the spa and hotel. You are the guest's first impression and are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction. Since our guests come from all over the world, it is important that you are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.

Working hours vary and are distributed across mornings, days, evenings, and weekends.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys juggling multiple tasks and remains calm under pressure.
• Loves providing five-star service and has a natural smile.
• Has a warm personality, high energy levels, works well in a team, and is solution-oriented.
• Has previous experience in the service industry, preferably within hotels or reception (advantageous).
