We are looking for someone with solid experience in sushi and Japanese culinary arts. To thrive with us, you must be ambitious, love sushi, and have a passion for Japanese cuisine. You have a natural sense for quality and understand that good food and thorough cleaning go hand in hand.
You are driven by being part of delivering a unique taste and restaurant experience. The guest is at the center of everything you do, and you possess strong collaboration skills with a positive attitude. Working in a constantly developing company motivates you, and you are accustomed to taking personal responsibility as well as handling stress and a fast pace.
We place great emphasis on personal chemistry, professional pride, and attention to detail. Furthermore, you are outgoing, engaged, and always strive to do your best in all situations.
Typical responsibilities:
- Preparation of sushi and certain Asian dishes.
- Register work and serving.
- Cleaning, tidying up, and dishwashing.
