Beirut Bistro is looking for experienced serving staff

Are you an experienced waiter or waitress who enjoys creating memorable dining experiences? Beirut Bistro is now seeking dedicated serving staff for our restaurant on Hornsbergs Strand.

Here, you will find an energetic restaurant environment featuring Lebanese cuisine, a fast pace, and warm, personal hospitality. We are looking for someone who is confident in their role, accustomed to managing their own tables, and able to provide professional service to guests from greeting to payment.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Managing your own tables and sections
• Presenting the menu and recommending food and drinks
• Taking orders and operating the cash register system
• Noting allergies, special dietary requirements, and other requests
• Serving food, wine, and other beverages
• Following up on guest satisfaction
• Handling questions and resolving any issues professionally
• Collaborating with the kitchen, bar, runners, and other serving staff
• Assisting with table setting, opening, closing, and ongoing tidying up

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least two years of recent experience in à la carte service
• Is accustomed to having responsibility for own tables or sections
• Has basic knowledge of sales, food, and wine
• Is confident in recommending food and drinks
• Works structured even when the restaurant is full
• Is attentive, proactive, and responsible
• Has a good understanding of allergies and special diets
• Is a team player with a strong work ethic
• Can work evenings and weekends
• Speaks Swedish fluently

Experience with meze, Lebanese cuisine, large groups, outdoor seating, and wine service is a plus.
