Job Description

Brasserie Rivoli is now looking for an experienced Chef de Partie / Line Cook with immediate start for our well-established French brasserie in Bjørvika, Oslo.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with experience from similar restaurant concepts who thrives in a professional kitchen environment characterized by a high tempo, clear routines, and a strong focus on quality.

The position involves working both day and evening shifts according to the schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for your own station in the kitchen
  • Preparation and mise en place
  • Cooking and service in the à la carte kitchen
  • Handling and processing of ingredients according to the restaurant's high quality standards
  • Contribute to maintaining structure, quality, and efficiency in the kitchen

We are looking for you who

  • Have experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or in a similar role
  • Have worked within brasserie, bistro, or à la carte concepts
  • Are self-motivated, structured, and quality-conscious
  • Enjoy working in a team and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Have a genuine interest in cooking and French cuisine
