Head Waiter & Serving Staff Wanted | Full-time, Part-time & Seasonal | West Coast & Southern Sweden

About the Role

As a head waiter or serving staff member, you are a vital part of the guest experience and the daily operations of the restaurant.

As a head waiter, you are expected to lead the service work, distribute tasks, welcome guests, and ensure that the service maintains the highest standards. For our serving positions, we are looking for you who are passionate about hospitality and professional service.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for service and guest experience
• Welcoming and taking care of guests
• Leading and supporting the serving team
• Table placement and booking management
• Serving food and beverages
• Ensuring quality and service throughout the entire service
• Collaboration with the restaurant manager, kitchen, and other colleagues

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a head waiter, waiter, or waitress
• Is confident in interactions with guests and colleagues
• Has natural leadership skills and a high service standard
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and responsible
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has a genuine interest in restaurants, hotels, and hospitality
• Speaks Swedish and/or English

Experience with à la carte service, hotel restaurants, wine service, or leadership is considered an advantage.
