About the Role

We are currently looking for experienced and dedicated construction workers for assignments with our clients throughout Norrland.

As a construction worker, you will work on varied earthworks and civil engineering tasks in both small and large-scale projects. You will become part of a professional team that values professional pride, quality, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Your tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Excavation and earthworks
• Grading and leveling
• Water and sewage (VA) works
• Foundation and civil engineering works
• Other common earthwork tasks

Projects are located in various areas in Norrland and may involve working away from home on a rotational schedule, depending on the nature of the assignment.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Professional certification as a construction worker or equivalent documented experience
• At least 3 years of experience in earthworks and civil engineering
• Category B driver's license (mandatory)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Category BE driver's license
• Category C driver's license and YKB (Professional Driving Permit)
• Operator certificates for excavators, wheel loaders, or other construction machinery
• Experience with water and sewage (VA) works
