As a Foreman in Building Services at Arriba, you play a key role in our operations, ensuring that our projects and assignments are carried out in a professional, safe, and profitable manner.
The role is autonomous and varied, involving significant personal responsibility. You plan, lead, and follow up on work from start to finish, serving as the natural link between the customer, employees, subcontractors, and the company.
Employment type: Probationary employment with the possibility of permanent employment.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Planning, coordinating, and leading building service projects and smaller contracts.
- Monitoring economy, schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Being responsible for resource planning, work preparation, purchasing, and orders.
- Leading and distributing work for your own employees and subcontractors.
- Ensuring that projects are executed with the right quality, good working environment, and high safety standards.
- Building strong customer relationships and contributing to the continued development of the building services business.

Your experience
We are looking for an experienced leader with a good understanding of construction production, customer relations, and economics. The role requires that you have previously been responsible for planning, leading, and following up on projects and personnel.
We therefore expect you to:
- Have at least five years of experience as a foreman, project manager, entrepreneur in the construction industry, or in another equivalent leadership role.
- Have experience in personnel management, customer contacts, and financial follow-up.
- Be accustomed to making decisions, prioritizing, and handling multiple assignments in parallel.
- Have a strong customer focus and be driven by creating satisfied customers.
- Be structured and understand the importance of planning, documentation, and follow-up.
- Have good computer skills and feel comfortable with digital business systems.
- Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Hold a valid B driver's license.
- Live on Gotland or be open to relocating there, as our operations are located on the island.
