Peab in Gotland is growing – we are looking for a Site Supervisor who wants to help drive our projects forward!

As a Site Supervisor with us, you will become part of an engaged team and work on varied projects, ranging from residential buildings to public facilities. We are now facing an exciting assignment: building Visby's new hockey arena. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in a project that will have a significant impact on Visby and Gotland for many years to come.

About the Role

As a Site Supervisor, you will assist the Site Manager in project leadership, planning, work preparation, and follow-up, while maintaining close contact with craftsmen and subcontractors. This role offers a high degree of variety and breadth in your daily work.

You are driven and engaged, and thrive working both independently and in a team. You possess strong leadership qualities and have the ability to build trust with employees, clients, and the general public. You are decisive, skilled at planning and organizing your work, and enjoy problem-solving.

We are looking for someone with a technical construction education and/or relevant work experience that we consider equivalent. You have previous experience in the role of Site Supervisor within construction production. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and a valid Class B driver's license is required.
