Miss Mary of Sweden, a manufacturer of high-quality and well-fitting women's underwear, was founded in 1957 and has recently transformed into a modern e-commerce company. We have offices in Borås and Tallinn, and our products are sold in more than 18 countries. The company has tripled in size over the last five years, and we plan to continue growing. To succeed in this, we are now looking for a Logistics Specialist.

As a Logistics Specialist, your main responsibility will be to ensure an efficient and cost-optimized flow of goods throughout the entire supply chain, from supplier to end customer. The role involves coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing international transport, ensuring efficient customs processes, and working to optimize distribution and delivery precision.

In the current phase of growth, there are high demands on developing existing processes and gaining control over the entire value chain. We believe that you, with strong self-drive, good analytical skills, and a structured approach, will play a vital role in meeting the future requirements of a rapidly growing e-commerce business.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will have an important role in securing Miss Mary's delivery promise and meeting our customers' high expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries
• Ensure efficient international transport via sea, air, and rail
• Manage and optimize customs processes for import and export
• Work with logistics partners and carriers to ensure delivery precision
• Monitor and analyze logistics-related KPIs
• Identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency within the logistics flow
• Support warehouse and distribution in optimizing flows and working methods

You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and work closely with our supply chain team in Borås and Estonia, as well as in close collaboration with the warehouse, procurement, and other parts of the organization. You will also have close contact with external logistics partners and carriers. Teamwork and internal collaboration are essential.

We believe you have:

• Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles
• Good knowledge of international transport and customs processes
• Experience working with logistics partners or 3PLs
• Experience with ERP systems and very good Excel skills
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in analysis, follow-up, and improvement work
• Experience in leading or participating in logistics or supply chain projects

Meritorious:

• Experience in e-commerce
• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI
