ABOUT THE ROLE

You step into a business where projects are not something that happen on the sidelines – but right in the core of production.

Here, you drive initiatives related to digitalization, efficiency, and investments in machinery. This could involve improving flows, implementing new ways of working, or ensuring the right technology is in place for future needs.

You manage multiple projects in parallel and are responsible for taking them from planning to execution. This means you establish structure, drive decisions, and create momentum – even when the daily reality of production challenges the plans.

You work closely with technology, production, and management, becoming a crucial bridge between strategy and reality.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive projects within production, investments, and digital development
• Create schedules, resource plans, and budgets
• Monitor, report, and present status to the steering group
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure progress and handle obstacles along the way
• Contribute to the development of working methods and project methodology

ABOUT YOU

You have a background close to production or technical operations and are used to getting things done.

You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, create structure, and navigate a reality where things don't always go according to plan.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in project management within industry or technology
• Have a good understanding of production environments
• Are confident in leading without being a manager
• Are accustomed to working in business systems, e.g., SAP or similar
• Have experience working in cross-functional teams
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
