Do you want to drive development at Estrella and ensure sustainable, efficient, and well-functioning maintenance within our production? We are now looking for an engaged Maintenance Lead who wants to become a key person in our team and contribute to creating a safe, structured, and improvement-oriented workplace.

About the role

As a Maintenance Lead, you are part of a team with the Line Manager and Process Manager, and you collaborate closely with operators, the technical and maintenance departments, as well as other support functions.

You are a key part of the development of our production system IWS (Intersnack Work System), where you are responsible for several of our Daily Management Systems (DMS) and ensure that work is carried out in a structured manner and leads to desired results. The role involves driving improvement work, coaching colleagues, and being a central figure in the factory regarding preventive maintenance and daily control.

Main responsibilities

• Drive the IWS work forward and follow up on results, with primary responsibility for preventive maintenance in your area
• Daily collection, compilation, and analysis of production data
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities
• Be responsible for parts of the budget related to maintenance work
• Identify and eliminate losses, and develop and ensure compliance with standards
• Coach and support colleagues and contribute to competence development within the team

The position is during day shifts with placement at our factory in Angered. Start date according to agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a relevant post-secondary education and experience with systematic maintenance work, as well as a good technical understanding. You have a good understanding of how a production flow works and have experience leading improvement work. We also expect you to have good computer skills and proficiency in both Swedish and English.

Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies, as well as PLC programming, is meritorious. Experience in the food industry, experience in training, and a coaching approach are also meritorious.

Personal qualities

As a person, you are self-motivated, driven, and have strong analytical skills. You have social competence and a high ability to collaborate, as this role involves many contact points within the company. Furthermore, you easily create and communicate a holistic view, and you perform your tasks in a structured and meticulous manner.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are good at leading both yourself and others, and you believe that success is achieved through joint efforts. You are motivated by problem-solving and are comfortable planning and driving your work independently based on agreed business goals. We also believe you have a good ability to operate in a changing environment and are curious about developing working methods.
