Your new role
As a Property Technician in Mora, you will become a key figure in the daily operations and maintenance of our properties. You will handle incoming service requests, work proactively to prevent operational disruptions, and maintain close contact with our tenants – always with the goal of delivering professional service and creating long-term value.

You have a strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainable operations, and you thrive in having close and professional contact with our tenants. You are driven by optimizing our properties, reducing energy consumption, and identifying potential for improvement, and you track the impact of your efforts through data and clear key performance indicators. You view digital tools, AI, and smart systems as natural aids in the work to create more proactive, cost-effective, and sustainable property management.

In the role of Property Technician at Diös, your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Working with property maintenance and supervision of our properties and associated technical systems.
• Performing systematic inspections according to current regulations and internal routines.
• Having dialogue and follow-up with contracted contractors.
• Building long-term relationships with our tenants.
• Working preventively through rounds and systematic improvement work.
• Identifying, proposing, and implementing energy-saving measures in the properties.
• Monitoring energy performance and operational data, and contributing with analyses and improvement proposals.
• Contributing with data that strengthens both operational net income, sustainability, and long-term property value.

Who are you?
We are looking for you with experience or education in property technology or related areas such as plumbing, ventilation, construction, or electrical work. You have a strong technical interest and are socially skilled in your interactions with our tenants. You want to develop in a role that combines significant independent responsibility with close collaboration with colleagues.

We believe that you:

• Are solution-oriented, curious, and responsible.
• Enjoy meeting with tenants and colleagues and are confident in your communication.
• Have a strong interest in digital solutions, AI, and smart systems that can streamline and develop our properties.
• Have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Meritorious: FAVAL certification or experience with contractor and service contacts.

Since some of our tenants are covered by security protection agreements (SUA), a background check will be conducted.
