About the position

We are now looking for several assemblers and production staff for an established company in Mjölby Municipality. The operations are characterized by quality, precision, and craftsmanship, where every product is manufactured with great care and attention to detail.

What the role entails

As production staff, you work with precision and attention to detail, with craftsmanship in focus. You are offered a pleasant workplace with cheerful and engaged colleagues, featuring varied tasks where professional skill and quality are appreciated. Examples of tasks may include:

• Final assembly of various customer-specific products based on drawings
• Quality control
• Material handling and other common production tasks

Working hours: Daytime Start: Week 32 The assignment is planned to be ongoing with good opportunities for permanent employment with the client company.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who

• Have previous work experience within industry, production, assembly, or other practical work
• Enjoy working with your hands and have a sense for details
• Are quality-conscious and meticulous
• Thrives in an environment where craftsmanship and precision are valued
• Have a positive attitude and good teamwork skills
• Thrives in a production environment where the pace is sometimes high and where you need to be able to prioritize and maintain focus on quality even under time pressure
• Are flexible, proactive, and contribute to efficient production flow
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
