Your Responsibilities As a CNC Operator with us, you work with milling fire-resistant materials for ventilation products. You operate modern machinery and are responsible for producing high-precision parts based on technical drawings.

You are involved in the entire process – from setup to finished product.

Examples of tasks:

• Set up, run, and monitor CNC-controlled machines
• Work according to drawings and specifications
• Mill parts in fire-resistant materials with high accuracy
• Ensure parts meet correct dimensions and quality standards
• Adjust programs and machine settings as needed
• Document and report in the production system
• Contribute to continuous improvement in production

Your Profile We are looking for someone who thrives in a workshop environment and has an interest in technology and production. You are meticulous, responsible, and have a desire to develop.

You have:

• Experience with CNC machining or similar work (advantageous)
• Experience programming CNC machines (advantageous)
• Understanding of technical drawings
• Technical interest and good attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

As a person, you are:

• Quality-conscious and structured
• Solution-oriented
• A team player with good collaboration skills

Requirements:

• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Forklift license (can be completed if necessary)

Advantageous:

• Experience from the manufacturing industry
• Experience with CNC machines and programming
• Experience working with special materials

Application Process This position is a consultancy solution, meaning you are initially employed by Skill Kompetenspartner AB and work on assignment for Bevent Rasch. The ambition is that the employment will transition to a direct employment with Bevent Rasch after a period.
