About the role

Do you want to contribute to high-quality care and support in a work group characterized by engagement and development? We are looking for an engaged nursing assistant for our team in ordinary housing, where we put the well-being of the care recipients at the center. With us, you have the opportunity to make a difference through your work while also having the chance to develop in a work group characterized by curiosity and the introduction of new welfare services.

Your responsibilities:

As a nursing assistant in ordinary housing, you will work with providing our care recipients with the best possible care in their own homes. You are responsible for creating safety and trust by providing both practical help and personal care, as well as supporting the individual in their daily life. An important focus in your work is to ensure good quality and documentation of all interventions, where digital tools will be part of your daily work.

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant
• Have a genuine interest in working within care and support and are relationship-building
• Are accustomed to using digital tools and can document
• Are responsible, careful, and enjoy working independently, but also in a team.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing.
• Hold a B driver's license
