About the Role As a camping host, you are the face of Gålö Havsbad. You are the first and last person our guests meet, ensuring their stay is successful, leaving us with lifelong memories and a desire to return. Responsibilities:

• Reception: Check-in and check-out, handling bookings, answering questions, and creating a worry-free holiday for our guests.
• Shop: Sales and cash register work, restocking, and ensuring the shop is always welcoming and fresh.
• Hostmanship: Providing tips on local excursions, helping with simple problem-solving, and spreading positive and warm energy throughout the facility.

We believe you have completed high school and gained work and life experience. Since the role involves significant responsibility and high pressure, we believe you:

• Are a problem solver: You keep your cool when queues form and quickly find solutions with a smile.
• Are professional and confident: You possess personal maturity that makes guests feel well taken care of.
• Are flexible: You enjoy standing at the cash register one moment and baking more bread for the shop the next.
• Have good communication skills: You speak and write English and Swedish fluently (German is highly advantageous).

• An unbeatable workplace: A summer by the sea in a beautiful nature reserve.
• Period: June–August. You will work in a team of 6–8 people but also collaborate with other departments.
• Development: Gain experience in hospitality service at one of the region's largest and highest-rated campsites.
• Salary: According to collective agreement (Green National Tourism Agreement).

Gålö Havsbad is big and small at the same time. Located in the middle of a nature reserve, 3.5 miles south of Stockholm, close to the beach, sea, and hiking trails. Here you will find 4-star camping, cottages, glamping, conference facilities, activities, etc. Guests come from both Sweden and other parts of Europe.
