Our labor market unit is now looking for a driven and creative practical supervisor for a hourly position. You should have experience with labor market initiatives and work-oriented day activities.

About the role

Work-oriented day activities aim to promote participation in society and contribute to personal development based on the participants' own prerequisites. As a supervisor, you will work independently and together with colleagues to guide and train participants in the basic competencies required to secure employment. You will guide participants in their daily activities at our "Resource" department. The work is tailored to each individual's specific needs and prerequisites, challenging and supporting them.

Documentation and follow-up of participants' skill development occur continuously. Your role involves imparting knowledge about working life, as well as supporting and motivating participants to take the step toward external day activities or direct employment.

To succeed in this role, it is important that you enjoy practical work and have a genuine interest in people and their development. Our work environment requires you to be unpretentious, solution-focused, proactive, and inspiring.

Qualifications

• Upper secondary education
• Experience supervising individuals with various functional variations in a practical setting
• Knowledge of labor market needs and good general knowledge of society
• Ability to build good relationships
• Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Comfortable using digital work tools
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
