As a traveling consultant, you will be employed by Effektiv and work on-site at our clients' locations within an area of up to 7.5 miles from Västerås. You represent both yourself and Effektiv on assignments and become a key part of creating quality and delivery every day.

We are looking for you with industrial experience who thrives in a practical and varied role. The tasks may vary between assignments but primarily consist of work within industry, production, and warehouse operations.

Examples of tasks:

• Forklift driving and material handling
• Inbound and outbound deliveries
• Production work
• Other common tasks within industry and warehousing

The work is scheduled during both day shifts and two-shift rotations.

To succeed in this role, we see that you are driven, responsible, and accustomed to working in an industrial environment. You are a team player, take initiative, and are not afraid to jump in where needed.

• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Forklift certification A and B
• Availability to work two-shift rotations
• Industrial experience or production background
• Availability to schedule vacation during weeks 29–32

Additional qualification: Forklift certification D1.

As a person, you are flexible, willing to work, and have a positive attitude. You enjoy coming to new workplaces and quickly adapting to new tasks.
