About the role

We are currently looking for a meticulous and focused operator for an exciting assignment with a client within advanced technical production in Västerås. Here you will have the opportunity to become part of a quality-conscious operation where precision and attention to detail are at the center. The work is scheduled during day hours, Monday to Friday from 07:00–16:00, with some flexibility. Start is immediate or after the client company's summer closure during weeks 29–30.

What the role entails

As an operator, you will work with the assembly and handling of very small components in a controlled cleanroom environment, where special routines regarding workwear and cleanliness are applied. The role involves detail-oriented and concentration-intensive work where you need to be able to work methodically and with high precision. Some tasks are performed using microscopes. You will primarily work closely with a small team, while simultaneously becoming part of a larger production operation with approximately 30 employees at different stations. The tasks include, among other things:

• Assembly and handling of small and sensitive components
• Precision work with high quality requirements
• Documentation and registration of completed work
• Work according to clear instructions and established processes

Qualifications

We are looking for you who enjoy meticulous and fine motor work and who find it easy to maintain focus for longer periods. You are patient, structured, and have a methodical approach to work. We would like you to have:

• Experience in detail-oriented work, such as assembly of small components or circuit boards
• Good fine motor skills and a sense for precision
• Experience with documentation or working according to quality routines is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
