Maintenance Technician for Manufacturing Industry in Köping

MiJob is now looking for a maintenance technician on behalf of a well-established manufacturing industry in Köping.

Do you have experience in industrial maintenance and thrive in a technical environment focused on production, machinery, and continuous improvements? Then this could be the right opportunity for you.

About the Role

As a maintenance technician, you are responsible for ensuring high operational reliability in production through preventive and corrective maintenance. You will work closely with production, engineering, and other maintenance staff to minimize downtime and create an efficient manufacturing process.

The operations involve machining and CNC production, meaning you will work with advanced production equipment in a modern industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and production equipment
• Troubleshooting in mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems
• Participate in improvement and development work
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
• Document completed work in the maintenance system
• Collaborate with production and engineering departments

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in maintenance work within manufacturing industry
• Has good technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach
• Has experience with CNC machines or machining industry
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written)

Knowledge of electrical systems, automation, or PLC is considered a merit.
