You will play a key role in shaping how a brand connects with its audience across social media. This is a hands-on role where you combine strategy, creativity, and analytics to build an engaging online presence, strengthen brand consistency, and turn insights into actions that improve reach and engagement.

You will work across multiple platforms and collaborate with internal stakeholders to make social media an integrated part of broader marketing and communication efforts. • You will develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
• You will identify target audiences and adapt content to match their interests, behaviors, and preferences.
• You will create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including text, images, video, and other multimedia formats.
• You will manage the brand’s presence across different channels and stay up to date on platform algorithms, formats, features, and trends.
• You will build and nurture online communities by interacting with followers and supporting positive engagement.
• You will use analytics and social listening to track performance, understand audience behavior, and refine content and channel strategy.
• You will plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that increase brand awareness and engagement.
• You will collaborate with teams such as marketing and PR to connect social media with wider campaigns and communication activities.
• You will identify and work with influencers and brand advocates, including managing ongoing relationships and dialogue.
• You will monitor conversations, brand mentions, and relevant trends, and help handle sensitive situations in a professional way.
• You will plan and follow up on paid social media activities based on performance metrics and target audience needs.
• You will ensure a consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all social channels.

• Relevant experience in social media management, strategy, and execution.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, audience behavior, preferences, and demographics.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms, content formats, trends, and how channels differ.
• Ability to create or brief content that drives engagement and supports brand objectives.
• Ability to analyze performance data, draw insights, and adjust strategy accordingly.
• Experience of planning and executing campaigns across organic and paid social media.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Education relevant to the role.
• You are self-driven, structured, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
• You communicate clearly and handle community dialogue and sensitive topics with sound judgment.
