About the Position

Number of positions: 1

Responsibilities

  • Work with development issues within the cultural sector.
  • Conduct investigations and studies.
  • Prepare decision support materials for the Culture and Leisure Committee.

Qualifications

  • An academic degree in the cultural sector or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent.
  • Experience in project management and organizational development.
  • Knowledge of the conditions and needs of cultural life.
  • Ability to analyze and work based on goals and steering documents.
  • Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Employment Terms

Type of employment: Fixed-term position.

Duration: 6 months or longer.

Start date: 2026-09-01

End date: 2027-06-30
