We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented Brand Identity Manager for an exciting consulting assignment with an innovative and well-known company headquartered in Gothenburg. The assignment runs from July 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and is a full-time position based on-site in Gothenburg.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating order, building sustainable processes, and ensuring that a brand is used consistently and correctly throughout the organization. You will become a key enabler for teams and stakeholders by managing tools, guidelines, and workflows that strengthen the brand's presence in daily operations.
About the role:As a Brand Identity Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Brand & Creative and be responsible for the operational management of the brand identity. You will ensure that established brand guidelines are put into practice through clear processes, well-structured tools, and ongoing support for internal and external stakeholders.
A central part of the role is owning and further developing the Brand Portal as the organization's consolidated source for brand identity, guidelines, and digital assets. You will be responsible for ensuring the portal is up-to-date, user-friendly, and serves as an effective support for the business. The role does not involve strategic ownership of the brand, but requires a solid understanding of brand identity and the principles behind the guidelines to guide others and make informed decisions in day-to-day work.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the ongoing management and development of the Brand Portal.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are applied correctly, consistently, and efficiently in internal and external contexts.
- Support and guide internal and external stakeholders on matters regarding brand identity, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, communications, and product teams to ensure a unified brand experience.
- Manage, structure, and quality-assure digital brand assets for easy and efficient use.
- Drive and coordinate brand-related projects from planning to delivery according to schedule and budget.
- Conduct regular reviews and follow-ups of brand usage to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and updating of brand guidelines in close collaboration with the Head of Brand & Creative.
- Coordinate and follow up with external vendors and partners within the brand area.
You are a structured and methodical person who enjoys building and maintaining systems, processes, and workflows that help others work efficiently and consistently. You are motivated by creating order, driving things to completion, and ensuring high quality, rather than defining the overarching brand strategy.
You have a good understanding of how strong brands are built and managed, enabling you to explain and embed guidelines in a pedagogical manner. At the same time, you are self-reliant, humble, and comfortable collaborating cross-functionally in an organization with many touchpoints.
Experience and Competencies:- University degree in marketing or a related field.
- Several years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role in a creative and brand-driven environment.
- Experience in project management and coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with brand portals and DAM platforms, preferably Frontify or similar.
- Good understanding of brand identity and brand governance, with the ability to translate guidelines into practical application.
- Experience managing processes, tools, or platforms related to brand, communications, or digital assets.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in digital asset management and structuring content for internal and external users.
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
