Jefferson Wells is now looking for an experienced Economic Assistant for a consultancy assignment at Blåkläder in Svenljunga. The assignment is temporary for 1 to 3 months. We are looking for someone with previous experience working with accounts payable and matching against purchase order numbers.
About the role
As an Economic Assistant at Blåkläder, you will become part of an engaged economic team with a high degree of collaboration. The role is varied with a focus on accounts payable and economic administration in an international operation.
You will mainly work with:
- Accounts payable
- Matching of purchase orders and supplier invoices
- Handling of discrepancies in invoice flows
- Ongoing bookkeeping
- Account reconciliations
- Invoicing and payments
- Accounts receivable as needed
- Administrative tasks within the economic function
The position is a temporary consultancy assignment starting August 3rd and is expected to last during a transition period while the customer conducts a permanent recruitment. The assignment can range from 1 month to 3 months.

Requirements
- Several years of experience as an Economic Assistant
- Experience with accounts payable
- Experience with invoice matching and purchase orders
- Good understanding of economic flows
- Good system proficiency
- Good knowledge of Excel and the Office package
- Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Ability to work on-site in Svenljunga
- Driver's license and access to a car
Merits:
- Experience with Medius Flow
- Experience with Dynamics 365
- Experience from larger or international companies
