ISKAB, Infra & SchaktKompaniet AB is now looking for new Machine Operators for work in the Skåne region.

As a machine operator, you should have an eye for detail, be goal-oriented, and understand the importance of progress. However, above all, restoration and the quality of the product you leave behind are of highest priority. Responsibility, quality, and drive should be your strengths.

You should not be afraid to leave the machine and work physically alongside your colleagues in tasks where this is expected. You are expected to be able to operate various types of machinery depending on the job to be performed.

You should not shy away from hard work and a high pace, whether under bright sunshine or in rain and cold.

You should be able to read construction documents, plan and set goals for a workday, write detailed daily logs, and continuously document the work.

We are looking for people with professional pride and a forward-looking attitude, who, in collaboration with their colleagues, uphold the company's reputation and economic interests. ISKAB is a smaller company with many large contracts and a vision to grow at a moderate pace.

Requirements and Merits:

• Category B driver's license is required.
• Category BE or C driver's license is an advantage.
• Advantageous training includes: ESA, EBR KJ-41, Road Work, and Hot Works.
