Welcome to a small clinic with short decision-making paths, located only a half-hour bus ride from Liljeholmen. Here you have the opportunity to influence both your own development and the organization's growth. With approximately 200 employees, it is easy to get to know the entire organization, which is characterized by accessible leadership and good collaboration between units. We are now looking for a psychologist to join our team.
About Us
The Assessment Unit aims to provide our patients with a fast and accurate assessment to facilitate a smooth transition to treatment without long waiting times in between. We assess all psychiatric issues, but your focus as a psychologist will primarily be on neuropsychiatric disabilities. In addition to psychologists, the team consists of nurses, specialist doctors, resident doctors, and assistant nurses. You will have close collaboration, primarily with our specialist doctors. Once a week, we meet as a team to discuss complex cases, with participation from all professions within the unit. We have good access to qualified supervision and collegial collaboration.
About the Position
As a psychologist with us, you can choose to work 100% on neuropsychiatric assessments or to mix this with assessments of other issues to some extent.

We Are Looking For
You who are a licensed psychologist. Previous experience working with psychological assessments is desirable. Good knowledge of Swedish is required, with a minimum level of C1.
We value a good working environment and close collaboration across professional groups, sections, and care partners. Therefore, we are looking for you who have good teamwork skills, enjoy sharing your knowledge with others, have good judgment, and find it easy to build trusting relationships with patients.
Other Information
Employment type: Full-time, permanent position
Working hours: Monday–Friday.
The position will be filled subject to the condition that it does not need to be reserved for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.
For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):
- A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
- Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination according to current directives, which takes place through occupational health services before employment.
- In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of Swedish corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed staff with patient contact.
