Are you a problem solver who loves making life easier for others? BSH Home Appliances is looking for a Service Technician for Northern or Central Stockholm. We are an international organization that makes life easier with innovative home solutions, and we are looking for you who can give our customers that extra wow experience!

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repair of household appliances in consumers' homes.
• The appliances include dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers, ovens, hobs, extractors, coffee machines, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Focus on building loyalty and trust in our brands and offering solutions beyond just repairs.

Workflow:

• Receive and complete repairs electronically (via iPad).
• Each repair is individually planned by our technical support, with parts delivered overnight from our central warehouse in Jönköping to your service van.
• Support is available by phone to ensure industry-leading repairs and customer satisfaction.

Training:

• Receive product, system, and consumer training from our dedicated training team. Complement this with practical training from experienced technicians and web-based courses.

Profile:

• We are looking for a flexible team player passionate about customer service.
• No previous experience is required (training is provided), but you should be technically knowledgeable and interested in problem-solving.
• You must have a driver's license, be fluent in Swedish, and understand English. Electrical certification or previous experience is an advantage.
