Stavby School and Tuna School are small rural schools with approximately 150 students each, covering grades F-9 along with associated after-school centers. The schools are located in a beautiful natural setting with easy access to nature and cultural landscapes.

Description of Duties
As a teacher in this position, you will primarily teach Technology and Natural Sciences (NO). You will teach Technology at Tuna School one day a week, and teach at Stavby School on the remaining days. You will have the opportunity to make a difference for our students by contributing your competence, knowledge, and engagement to help the school achieve its goals, with the student at the center. You will plan, implement, evaluate, and develop the pedagogical work in accordance with the curriculum and other regulatory documents.
We promote collegial learning, where you develop the operations in close collaboration with your colleagues. Together, you work to ensure that all students thrive and develop based on their individual prerequisites. Mentoring is included in the position at Stavby School. The role involves teaching at both Stavby School and Tuna School.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who hold a Swedish teaching license or are in the process of obtaining one for the relevant grade levels within Natural Sciences, Technology, and Mathematics. You must have a good understanding of the school's regulatory documents as well as the primary school curriculum. Good oral and written skills in Swedish are required for the position.
You take initiative and launch activities that lead to concrete results. As a person, you are flexible and adapt easily to changing circumstances – you can quickly adjust your perspective and working methods and see opportunities in change. With good pedagogical insight, you understand how students acquire knowledge under different conditions, which allows you to adapt your communication and message delivery to the recipient.
