Krosskonsult is growing and is now looking for a Technical Inside Sales Representative for the aftermarket. Here you will have a central role where you help customers find the right wear and spare parts for their machines while building long-term customer relationships. For those with a technical interest and a drive to provide good service, there is also the opportunity to develop further into an outside sales role in the long run.

Krosskonsult are specialists in equipment for rock crushing and offer everything from design and construction of complete crushing plants to service, maintenance, and aftermarket. The company has a large inventory of wear and spare parts, sells both new and used machines, and works with well-known brands in the industry. The operations are located in Drömminge outside of Värnamo and are characterized by high technical competence, close customer relationships, and a strong sense of service.

About the Role
As a Technical Inside Sales Representative in the aftermarket, you will be an important contact person for Krosskonsult's customers. Your main task is to sell wear and spare parts for the company's machines and plants. The work involves daily contact with customers via phone and email where you help them identify the right parts, prepare quotes, follow up on inquiries, and ensure that customers receive quick and professional feedback. You will support the company's field sales representatives as well as the service manager and service technicians with order management, administration, and follow-up of customer cases. You will become a central part of creating structure and ensuring that processes run smoothly from order to delivery.

You will also contribute to efficient inventory and purchasing management. You will help keep track of stock balances, plan purchases, and ensure that the right wear and spare parts are available when customers need them. A large part of the work also involves searching for information in various systems, identifying components, and understanding customer needs. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to find the right solutions and contribute to a high level of service.

For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop further within sales in the long run and take the step into a more customer-processing outside sales role.
