Hagvidson is an independent preschool located in Marieberg at Moholmsvägen 1. We are housed in a large villa with a wonderful wooded plot. The guiding principles of our preschool, which we work from, are safety, participation, and joy. Our pedagogical vision is based on a sustainable future where lifestyle, health, and the environment form a whole. The preschool has space for 50 children.

Qualifications:

You are a trained cook and have documented competence in food hygiene. Basic knowledge of special diets as well as computer skills for managing orders are required. You must be able to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Previous experience in similar tasks is a merit.

As a person, you are driven and thrive working independently. You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions, and have a genuine interest and willingness to help others. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively, set and adhere to timeframes. You are meticulous, aware of goals and quality standards, and enjoy working closely with children.

Your main tasks as a cook are to prepare nutritious meals so that the children have the strength to develop. You bake all bread on-site and work to provide every child with a good dining experience. You prepare lunch and snacks, have budget responsibility, plan menus, calculate portions, and make purchases online. You also conduct self-inspections.

We are looking for you with documented and good knowledge of nutrition and food hygiene (self-inspection). The role involves being responsible for preparing and cooking nutritious, varied, appealing, and well-prepared food. Allergy-friendly meals are also part of the service.

You have experience with menu planning and purchasing and can combine this with an economically and environmentally sustainable perspective.

Personal suitability is highly valued.

Scope: Part-time, 75% position

Start date: August 3rd, or as soon as possible after week 32.

Duration: Permanent with a 6-month probation period.
