At Kloten Nature Resort, we are now looking for a social, energetic, and service-loving employee who wants to combine the role of receptionist with serving in our restaurant.

Here, you will work in the midst of the beautiful Bergslagsskogen forest – a place where guests come to relax, experience nature, and create lifelong memories. You will become an important part of their experience.

About the role

As a receptionist and waiter/waitress, you are the face of the resort. You welcome our guests with warmth and professionalism, assist them during their stay, and ensure that every interaction feels personal and memorable.

The work is varied and social – one moment you are helping guests at the reception, the next you are serving dinner in the restaurant or booking outdoor activities.

This is the job for you if you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy providing exceptional service.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and check in/out guests using our booking system, Visbook
• Assist guests with information about the resort, activities, and the surrounding area
• Handle bookings, emails, phone calls, and other guest inquiries
• Create a pleasant and professional experience in both the reception and the restaurant
• Serve food and beverages in our restaurant
• Be part of a team where we help and support each other

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is positive, solution-oriented, and enjoys having many points of contact throughout the day. You like taking responsibility, work independently, and have a natural flair for service.

You appreciate nature and enjoy the idea of working in a calm and inspiring environment, far from stress and city life.

We believe you:

• Are social, flexible, and stress-resistant
• Are computer literate and quick to learn new systems
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
• Have experience from hotels, reception, restaurants, or other service roles
• Enjoy teamwork and contributing positive energy
