We are looking for a new employee who wants to work a summer job in our staff restaurant in Sköllersta.

Our factory in Sköllersta produces high-quality charcuterie products under well-known brands. The factory has a staff restaurant that serves lunch and breakfast to our employees. We are now looking for a kitchen staff member who wants to work with us for the summer from mid-June to mid-August.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving breakfast
• Preparing and serving lunch
• Dishwashing and cleaning
• Planning and managing orders
• Handling the cash register

You will, together with 1–2 colleagues, be responsible for the breakfast service and will serve approximately 140 lunch meals daily. It is a varied role where joy and food are in focus. Together, you will also be responsible for food control, self-control, and cost control.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who, with joy and positivity, want to deliver good food and great service to our guests in the staff cafeteria. To succeed in the role, we want you to have basic knowledge from a restaurant education or equivalent experience through work. We would prefer that you have worked in a restaurant or large-scale kitchen previously, or are currently studying in the field. Having experience or understanding of cooking for many guests is of great importance to us.

As a person, you are positive and enjoy planning and structuring your work. Good teamwork is important to you, and you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service. Furthermore, you must be able to maintain a high pace and prioritize your tasks. A car and driver's license are required as you must be able to get to the workplace early in the morning to serve breakfast from 06:00.

Requirements

• Cooking skills
• Driver's license and car
• Understanding of Swedish in speech and writing

Employment period: June 15 – August 9, 2026, with possible extension.
