The tooling department at Gnutti Carlo Group in Södra Vi is now looking for a technically skilled individual. In this role, your main responsibilities will include servicing, repairing, and maintaining casting tools and punching tools. Some work with machinery may also be involved. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other staff in the maintenance department as well as in production.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial 6-month fixed-term probation period. It is a full-time position. The role will involve shift work, transitioning to permanent night shifts, but initially starting with day shifts. The location is at Gnutti Carlo Group in Södra Vi (formerly Ljunghäll AB). Travel within the scope of the job may occur.

We are looking for someone who…

…has previously worked as a toolmaker or tool technician, or has other relevant workshop experience. You have likely completed a technical upper secondary education or equivalent and have practical experience in assembly and disassembly. Experience with welding (TIG) is a plus. Knowledge of mechanical engineering and machining is also desirable. Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Some forklift operation is included in the role, so having a forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement. Computer skills are required.
