Job Responsibilities

We offer varied tasks depending on the season.

Perform service, repair, maintenance, and assembly of marine engines, drive systems, and other marine technical systems.
Diagnose and rectify technical issues on both small and large engines/boats.
Work with the installation and troubleshooting of electrical and hydraulic systems.
Ensure that all work is carried out according to current safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate directly with customers regarding work status, recommendations, and actions.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a mechanic or marine technician.
Good knowledge of marine engines and technical systems.
Technical education in mechanics, marine technology, or a similar field.
Ability to read and work with technical drawings and manuals.
Valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
Experience with forklifts (meritorious).
Good skills in welding/lathework (meritorious).
Meticulous, responsible, and independent in your work.
Good communication skills and team-oriented.
You are passionate about delivering high-quality results and have a strong sense of customer service.
