We are looking for a caretaker with special responsibility for property maintenance 100% (permanent)

Located in the borderland between urban and rural areas, just north of Kalmar, lies the Förlösa-Kläckeberga parish. Garvaregården is strategically located in the residential area of Lindsdal, where much of the daily operations are centered. Sunday services are also held here (in Simon Garvare's chapel). The parish's cemeteries are located adjacent to the Förlösa and Kläckeberga churches.

We are looking for you, who together with other employees in the caretaker team, want to care for and continue to develop the cemeteries and buildings. You will participate in daily work involving various tasks such as hedge and grass mowing, tree pruning, grave digging, maintenance of grave plots, and other outdoor areas. You will also be responsible for supervision and daily maintenance of churches, other properties, and machinery.

You have special responsibility for the parish's property maintenance and can lead part of the maintenance work.

The position also involves duties during church services and religious ceremonies, which means some work on weekends and evenings.

We are looking for you with training as a caretaker or equivalent experience, as well as experience in park and garden maintenance.

• We want you to be a member of the Church of Sweden.
• A driver's license is required, and access to your own car.
• The position is a permanent full-time employment with an agreed start date. A probationary period may apply.
