This is achieved by continuously resolving incoming cases in close collaboration.

About the Social Services Administration

The Social Services Administration covers Individual and Family Care, care for people with disabilities, municipal primary healthcare, and elderly care. Responsibilities

As the Vehicle Manager, you handle and administer the administration's vehicle fleet, responsible for procurement, contracts, purchases, leasing, service, insurance, and driver-related matters. The role is both operational and strategic, with a focus on sustainable transport and cost-efficiency. You will also be responsible for vehicle transports to and from service, etc.

Depending on the team's and operations' needs, other tasks may occur, such as:

Installation and removal of locks and alarms
Ordering and maintenance of phones, computers, and accessories
Work with and development of digital solutions
Handling cases received via our e-services

Qualifications

Experience with vehicle administration, procurement, contracts, call-offs, and insurance matters/questions.
Computer proficiency is a requirement as you must be knowledgeable in IT and technology with the ability for practical implementation and development work.
Ability to work independently, take initiative to solve problems, and prioritize work tasks effectively.
Be flexible and able to adapt to rapid changes in planning.
Ability to collaborate well through communication.

A Category B driver's license is required.

Education: Suitable upper secondary education or relevant working life experience is meritorious.
