My name is Anna and I am 30 years old. I use a wheelchair due to cerebral palsy (CP) that I was born with after being premature. Despite this, I speak fluently, but I need help with everything in daily life. I am now looking for a new star who wants to be my personal assistant. I live centrally in Mora. I am a girl with many interests, such as going to festivals, cruises, playing video games, sitting at the computer chatting with friends, or playing The Sims. I also enjoy taking walks and being outdoors. About you: I am looking for you who fits the following: As a person, you are calm, stable, empathetic, and have great patience. It is important that you are able to stay awake late in the evenings and also during nights until 02:00. Requirements:

• Female, aged 25-45
• Hold a valid B driver's license
• Can travel, including trips lasting several days.

This position includes an extended (and compensated) staffing duty. This means that during certain weeks, you must be reachable at times other than working hours to either call in a substitute or step in yourself to assist when intervention is required. This is Assistans i Balans' way of ensuring that our clients always have a familiar assistant by their side. The duty is shared among all assistants working on a regular schedule. About the position: The work involves varied shifts (day/evening/night with on-call sleeping duty). This is a part-time position at approximately 75% on a rolling schedule. Other times may occur as the role includes stepping in extra during urgent vacancies. Salary: Agreement according to Fremia-Kommunal with individual salary setting. To be employed, you must present a valid ID, an extract from the police register, and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
