You will become Eira's first full-time salesperson. Sales are already rolling and the model works, but no one owns the sales role full-time yet. That will be you. You pick up the phone, identify companies that are hiring incorrectly or too expensively, and close the deal. Every deal you bring in gives you 30% of the revenue directly, with no cap.
About Eira
Eira is an AI-driven recruitment agency. We have built our own AI systems that find better candidates faster and at a lower price than traditional recruitment, and we give every candidate a chance through an interview instead of just filtering by CV. We combine this with active headhunting for every role to capture candidates who would otherwise never be seen. You will join as the first full-time salesperson and help build the sales function from an early stage. Eira was founded in 2026, with founders who have several years of experience in the technology and recruitment industries, having founded, scaled, and sold several companies.
The Role
Your task is new client acquisition, straight to the point. You identify relevant companies (scaleups, SMBs), make contact via phone, email, and meetings, understand their recruitment needs, and package Eira's offer around time, quality, and price all the way to a signed contract.
You work closely with Eira's core team and help shape both the offer and the sales process while the company is being built. You receive lead lists and Eira's own systems that remove much of the manual work in prospecting and pipeline management, but the activity is yours. You are the one driving progress and making things happen.
The setup is a consulting and partnership collaboration. You invoice through your own company and manage your own salary, pension, vacation, and social security contributions. The compensation is pure commission: 30% of the fee for every recruitment your deal leads to, with no cap.
⚠️ This is not for everyone
There is no base salary. You earn nothing until your deals close, and in recruitment, it can take time from the first call to the signed contract to the completed recruitment before the money comes in. You need to be able to handle the period before your first deal lands.
Sales are already rolling, but you are the first full-time salesperson. There is no ready-made customer base and no established sales function to step into. You build your own pipeline and your own book. If you like waiting only for incoming leads, this is not for you. If you thrive on cold calling, testing angles, and pushing forward without perfect conditions, this is exactly it.
You need to have:
✓ Own company, or ready to invoice through your own company
✓ Comfortable with pure commission, no base salary
✓ Self-driven to prospect and cold call, not wait for leads
✓ Several years of experience in B2B sales with own new client acquisition
✓ Professional customer interactions in Swedish and English
Advantageous:
- Background in recruitment, staffing, consulting sales, HR-tech, or sales to growth companies
- Experience selling a technical or differentiated offer
- Curiosity about AI and new ways of working in recruitment
What you get
30% of the fee for every recruitment your deal leads to. No cap. It is no problem to reach over 100,000 SEK/month or more fully realistically, and since it is no-cap, your own performance sets the limit.
