We are now looking for a new assistant to join our fantastic team around our client. We are looking for you who want to work 80%.

About our client

Our client is a young woman, 24 years old, living in her own apartment. She has a diagnosis of autism, an intellectual disability, and epilepsy. She is happy, positive, and loves life. She enjoys creating activities both indoors and outdoors. She communicates using speech, pictures, schedules, signs, and body language.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys being active and gives a lot of themselves. You need to be flexible and have good collaboration skills, as you will always work together with another assistant/colleague. It is a plus if you are playful and slightly theatrical, as this helps build a good relationship with our client.

You will work varied hours, including both day shifts and overnight shifts. It is important that you have the possibility to step in for extra shifts when needed, as well as swap shifts when required based on staffing needs.

In addition to the above, it is primarily important that you have good self-awareness, are confident in yourself, are receptive, take responsibility, and collaborate well with everyone you meet. You are flexible, open-minded, and see opportunities instead of obstacles. You utilize your analytical skills, take well-considered initiatives, and strive to improve the quality of life for our client.
