Job Description

We are currently looking for a Service Advisor for upcoming assignments in Stockholm. Do you have experience from the automotive industry and thrive in a role that combines customer contact with administration? Then this might be the right opportunity for you. As a Service Advisor, you are a vital link between the customer and the facility. You receive and guide customers during their visits, handle bookings, and are responsible for ongoing communication via phone and email. The role also includes invoicing, payment handling, orders, as well as planning and coordinating the facility's work.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have a strong service focus and a natural ability to keep different parts of the business together. You are solution-oriented and enjoy working with people. It is a plus if you have experience as a service advisor within the automotive industry, for example at a workshop or with a dealer. We also see that you are accustomed to working with various systems and computers, and that you have a good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
