We are now looking for self-sufficient employees for outdoor maintenance for the summer of 2026!

About the position: This is a fixed-term employment that spans the 2026 season.

Start: As agreed

Working hours: Monday–Friday, 07:00–16:00 / 08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00.

Scope: Full-time, time period as agreed.

Location: Greater Stockholm, starting point varies per assignment.

About the company:

The company works with outdoor maintenance for housing cooperatives, property companies, and businesses around Greater Stockholm. The operations include, among other things, gardening and maintenance of outdoor environments to create pleasant and well-maintained areas.

With a focus on quality, service, and efficiency, we deliver professional outdoor maintenance services and ensure that customers' properties are kept in good condition throughout the summer season.

The work areas are distributed around Greater Stockholm.

Job responsibilities:

Your tasks will mainly consist of various types of outdoor maintenance and gardening. This may include, among other things, mowing, trimming, weed removal, hedge trimming, and general maintenance of courtyards and green areas.

The work is carried out both independently and in teams where you are jointly responsible for the maintenance of several properties during the day.

You will work with various machines and tools used in green space maintenance and therefore need to be careful and responsible in your work.

The work is physical and takes place outdoors in various weather conditions.

Who are you?

As a person, you are driven and have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner. You enjoy physical work and being outdoors during the workday.

You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a high commitment to your work. Working in a team is second nature to you, while you can also take individual responsibility when needed.

Furthermore, we see that you have a positive attitude, are punctual, and contribute to a good work environment.

Qualifications:

• Completed upper secondary education.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Category B driver's license.

Merits:

• Previous experience with outdoor maintenance or gardening.
• Experience working with machines for green space maintenance (lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.).
