We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, an engaged and driven Order Administrator for a manufacturing company with a fast-paced environment and strong future outlook. This is a consultancy position for you who want to develop in a varied role with many contact points and a great team around you.

You will become an important part of the operations and work closely with both the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure that the order flow runs smoothly from start to finish.

About the assignment

As a consultant at our client's company, you will have a central role where you combine administration, coordination, and service. The role suits you if you enjoy managing multiple conversations at once, work in a structured manner, and thrive when things are happening.

Your responsibilities will include among other things:

• Register and administer customer orders in business systems
• Support the sales team in daily administrative work
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and inquiries
• Coordinate information between production, warehouse, logistics, and sales
• Handle documentation and contribute to order and structure in processes
• Participate in improving working methods and administrative routines

We are looking for you who

We believe you have approximately 1–2 years of experience from a similar role, for example within order administration, sales support, or customer service in a B2B environment.

To succeed in the assignment, we see that you:

• Have a positive drive and enjoy collaborating with others
• Are service-oriented and like to build good customer relationships
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks in parallel
• Are structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• Have good system proficiency and pick up new ways of working easily
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
